US 15/PA 581 Reconstruction Projection Complete

The US 15/PA 581 Reconstruction Projects, the first of which began in March 2008, are now substantially complete and the project area is open to unrestricted traffic.  These two projects, which totaled $112 million in construction value, made several safety improvements and added lanes to ease congestion through the heavily traveled US 15 and PA 581 corridors.  Since traffic was placed in the final configuration with all lanes open, traffic has been flowing very efficiently through the corridor.
