In this area you will find the answers to questions you may have regarding Trash and Recycling pick up. Also, information on how to pay your Trash/Sewer bill on-line through automatic withdrawl or by mail.
WHO collects my trash and recycling? Lower Allen Township is contracted with York Waste for residential trash collection.
WHAT am I allowed to put out? Each household is permitted to put out UNLIMITED bags of trash, as well as, one bulk item per week. It is strongly suggested that residents contact York Waste at 1-800-210-9675 when there is a bulk item to pick up. Items containing Freon also require a call to York Waste before those items are picked up.
