 As part of Lower Allen's commitment to continued service to residents, on-line payments for sewer/trash bills is now available through GovPayEXP.
Just follow these easy instructions to get started: Click on the GovPayEXP icon. This will take you directly to the Lower Allen Township fee payment page. Insert your account number in the description box. A 3% convenience fee is charged to the card holder for payment processing by GovPayEXP.
